Engaging students

There are three types of activities you can conduct through Gameface:

  • Quizzes, where you specify a sequence of multi-choice questions for all students in the class to complete, either individually or in groups.
  • Polls, where you ask students to express an opinion (e.g. by selecting a choice, entering a number, entering text, etc).
  • Volunteer tasks, where you ask for an individual or group to volunteer for a specific task (e.g. to answer a question, contribute to a discussion, etc). Students decide where to opt in or not, and a volunteer will be automatically chosen from those who do.
  • Class-wide tasks, where you specify a single task or a sequence of tasks for all students in the class to complete, either individually or in groups.
